The International Thought Leaders Network (ITLN) has worked closely with Chris to develop training programs based on Chris's books with Vijay Govindarajan. For decades, ITLN has developed engaging and effective workshops based on parables such as How Stella Saved the Farm.

Participants in the Leading Innovation Workshop learn:

1. Why the most vexing innovation challenges come after the innovation idea.
2. Why innovation and ongoing operations are always in conflict, and what to do about it.
3. Three models for executing innovation initiatives, plus rules for matching the right project to the right model.
4. How to build a special kind of team and develop a special kind of plan for the most challenging initiatives.
5. How to execute their specific innovation responsibilities no matter where they are in the organization.

Participants are also coached as they apply the insights from the workshop to their own projects.
