In case you have zeroes appearing in your assumption cells at the end of a set of trials, here's a tip to ensure that the mean or median values are placed in the assumption cells at the end of a set of trials. Go to the Inputs sheet and click the Cell Prefs button in the Crystal Ball tab. A dialog box appears. In the Assumptions tab, check the ‘Set cell value to distribution:’ and pick Mean or Medium from the pull down menu. Click the Apply To… button. Another dialog appears. Click the ‘This tab’ radio button at the top, meaning that you want to apply the Assumptions tab preferences (but not necessarily those for the Decision Variables and Forecasts--look at those tabs separately if interested), and click the desired button at the bottom to specify how much of your workbook you want to apply the new setting to. That will populate the assumption cells to the mean or median and that will then be the value they return to after a set of CB trials.
