What's It Like?

Members of Tuck GSA feel fully welcome in the Tuck community, and help contribute a unique and special learning environment.

As a student at Tuck and Dartmouth, you are recognized and supported by the following policies:

  • Tuck prohibits discrimination based upon sexual orientation
  • Tuck students may obtain health insurance for their same-sex partner
  • Tuck students and their same-sex partner are eligible for campus family housing
  • Same-sex partners of Tuck students are encouraged to join in the Tuck Partners Club and be listed in the Tuck Pictorial Directory

In 2002, Aplomb Consulting studied the LGBT-friendliness of top business schools. Tuck placed 4th in its ranking and was one of the ten select schools to receive an “A” grade. Tuck is described on page 20 of the study, Report on LGBT Friendliness of the Nation’s Top Business Schools.
