Adam P. Godfrey T'92

Mr. Godfrey is a Partner with Lindsay Goldberg, a $2 billion private equity fund based in New York. Prior to the formation of Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer in 2001 he was with its predecessor Bessemer Holdings since 1992. Previously, he worked from 1987 to 1990 in the mergers and acquisitions department and venture capital group at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Godfrey began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust where he was involved in lending to highly leveraged companies. He currently serves on the Shareholders Committee of Mapress Holding GmbH, is Chairman of the Board of Pride Manufacturing Company LLC, and is a Director of Altrio Communications, Inc., First American Payment Systems, Pike Electric, Inc. and Wyoming Refining Company.

Mr. Godfrey obtained his AB from Brown University and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business.
