JAVELIN VIDEOS─FRIENDS AND FAMILY

These are javelin video clips that I have taken at meets around the country, or from free available sources on the internet. Unless you have a high speed connection, it is recommended that you save these video files to your own computer (using right click, "Save Target As", then save to your desktop) before running Windows Media Player. Most files are Windows Media (.wmv) files. Inside Windows Media Player, you may want to use slow motion and/or increase the zoom. With lower quality video, slow motion may not work that well. In that case, use "Play Speed Settings" within WMP, and use the frame by frame buttons to see what's really going on. You can download the Windows Media Player from the Web for free. Use at least version 9.0 which has slow motion capability. Macs can use it too.
