Before you submit the error, please check the errata sheet to make sure that it hasn't already been submitted. If you don't find it there, please send an email to Professor David Pyke. Please make sure you include the following information:

•Page number of error
•Approximate line number (specify from top or bottom; e.g., T13, B9)
•Description of error and correction
•Your name
•Your email address

If you have multiple errors to submit, please submit each error separately. Thanks for your help! Every attempt will be made to post newly submitted errors within two weeks of submission.
