We would like to thank the following speakers for their participation in the 2007 Work Life Symposium at Tuck.

Keynote Speakers

Jody Thompson & Cali Ressler [Founders, CultureRx]
Jody Thompson Cali Ressler

CultureRx was started as the embodiment of our passionate belief that there is a better way to work. We have spent our careers as agents of change, working for 20+ years in corporate environment and training related fields. Having come from different backgrounds, we were both driven by an intuitive notion that results-focused environments foster productive employees and have a positive effect on overall performance. We began our work together at Best Buy and experienced a melding of minds that resulted in the creation of Results-Only Work Environment, ROWE - the ground-breaking idea that is revolutionizing the workplace.

Results-Only Work Environment remains the core of the CultureRx philosophy. Our company has grown to offer customized consulting services tailored to the needs of our clients - companies committed to challenging the status quo for the benefit of a healthy workforce and ultimately, a healthy bottom line. Jody Thompson and Cali Ressler will get right to the heart of your organization's workplace issues. They're the ones to call if you want REAL change.
