Today there are hundreds of different forces seemingly pulling us in hundreds of different directions – two careers, the internet, cell phones, Blackberries, travel, international travel, globalization, multiple languages, diversity, challenges to family structure from a myriad of forces and media. The challenge is: how do we make sense out of it all? There has to be a way to have a successful career, be a loving responsible parent/spouse/friend, to be a positive force in the world community and all the while ensuring a healthy, fulfilled self. The afternoon session will be led by four people who, while struggling through their own unique life challenges, came together to reflect upon these challenges and formulate answers and in turn share them with others. Their answers may surprise you. They will lead us through an interactive session that will:

[1]  Provide some practical concepts and practices that enable people to successfully integrate their life and find success in terms of career, family, community and self, and

[2]  Provide an opportunity for each participant to consider their own individual challenges, dialogue with others and consider for themselves what actions they might take that would lead to a more fulfilling, integrated life
