This year our theme will focus on culture – how company culture affects work-life issues and how the outside culture, defined by geographic area, affects work-life issues.

The mission of the symposium is to provide a forum for the Tuck and Dartmouth Medical School communities to discuss how individuals and businesses can effectively manage the balance between professional and personal interests.  Specifically, the goals of the symposium are to:

• Discuss work-life related issues in the Tuck & DMS communities

• Provide tools, advice and role models to help manage work-life issues

• Inspire students to implement work-life balance initiatives as future leaders
