About Us

Started in 2004

The retail club started was started by a T'04 who had a vision of creating a career club focused on retail. While many of the cases read in class are about retail organizations, there was very little being done to help promote MBAs into working in retail. Thus, a club was born.

The club has help students prepare for careers and internships in jobs ranging from entrepreneurship to investment banking, all within the retail industry.

Today

Today the retail club serves many functions:

We host an annual Retail Trunk Show showcasing Tuck and Dartmouth entrepreneurs who own retail stores or create products sold at retail.

We conduct an annual club trek to visit the headquarters of top retail brands.

We hold various panels and interview workshops to help in finding the much sought after, but hard to find jobs and internships in retail.

We bring in speakers with expertise in retail to educate and inform students on the nuances of the retail business and prepare them for future jobs and positions.
