Tuck Healthcare Club
To provide students with a better understanding of the healthcare industry by offering educational events and networking opportunities with alumni and corporate contacts. The club addresses all aspects of the industry including healthcare providers, therapeutic drug manufacturers, and medical device developers. Education opportunities include panel discussions, case studies, company visits, industry presentations, first-year project, recruiting, and independent study.
Meilin Liu graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China with a Bachelors’ degree in chemical engineering. She has a Ph.D. in biochemistry from New York University. Before coming to Tuck, she worked for ImClone Systems, Inc. as a biologist developing antibody-based cancer drugs. This summer, she will work for the Strategic Marketing Group at Thermo Fisher in Milford, MA.
Viswa Reddy graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India with a Bachelors in Technology. He has a M.S.E. from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to attending Tuck, Viswa worked for Analog Devices in Somerset NJ where he worked on chip design for fiber optic communications. This summer, he will be working for Citigroup investment banking division in New York NY, rotating through different groups.
