Chilton is the Chief Investment Officer for Lucent Technologies Inc. Ms. Chilton's role has been to design the
investment strategy and implement the management of Lucent's pension assets,
formerly under the control of the AT&T Investment Management Company. Ms. Chilton has held such positions as Chief
Investment Officer for the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management
Board, a similar position with the Massachusetts State Teachers and Employees
Retirement Systems Trust, and a position in investment banking with the First
National Bank of Boston and Citicorp Investment Bank.

Prior to co-founding DHM Arcadia Partners, Mr. Donohue was a principal
of Foster Management Company. He
launched the opening of the first office in Budapest, Hungary for BoozAllen,

Incorporated and is a member of Corning's Board of Directors. Mr. Flaws has
held a variety of positions at Corning since 1973, which include the following.
In 1993, Mr. Flaws was elected Assistant Treasurer of Corning Incorporated and
was responsible for the spin-off of Corning's health-care businesses in 1996.
He was named Vice President and Controller in February 1997 and in May was
elected Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Corning Incorporated. Mr.
Flaws was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January
1998 and Executive Vice President in 1999.

Mr.
Taylor is Vice President of Research at the National Venture Capital
Association (NVCA) which is based in the Washington, DC area. He is responsible
for developing and overseeing association data and research efforts. The key
element in this effort is the creation of a research consortium which was
announced in 1998 involving the NVCA, Venture Economics, and the Ewing Marion
Kauffman Foundation. This team was created to ensure accurate, impartial, and
practical data on the venture capital and private equity industries. He joined
the NVCA in 1996.
Mr. Taylor's career began with Andersen Consulting in Washington, DC where he
was a senior consultant advising small business clients. He has since held
senior product manager and IT positions in both large and small organizations.
At PRC Realty Systems, which launched the online residential real estate
multiple listing industry nationwide, he helped develop a new generation of
minicomputer and microcomputer products.
