Center for Leadership

Leadership at Tuck

Professor Pino Audia discusses leadership.

Effective listening and personal leadership

Liam Kerr T12 discusses how the core Personal Leadership course helped him identify active listening as a key skill to work on developing. He found that working with his study group was a natural place to practice this and other skills.

Leader, Know Thyself

Teaching students to take stock of their strengths and weaknesses helps them become strong leaders.

The goals of Tuck's Center for Leadership are threefold:

  • To design and offer leadership development activities that accelerate the pace at which Tuck students assume leadership roles in business
  • To support and advance cutting edge research on topics that deepen current understanding of leadership
  • To serve as a forum where business leaders and scholars exchange best practices and research findings, and collaborate in developing innovative approaches to leadership development
