Throughout the year, as part of the effort to integrate further debate on ethics and corporate responsibility into the MBA curriculum, the Allwin Initiative hosts Ethics Fireside Chats. Topics have included privacy and consumer data, executive compensation, drug pricing, white collar crime, and the financial and economic crisis.
Also, Allwin Dialogue speakers and Business & Society Conference guests articulate the real challenges of balancing multiple needs in an ever changing landscape that includes corporate social responsibility practices, environmental impacts, international development perspectives, and social entrepreneurship successes. Tuck students had one-on-one office time with these executives to discuss career opportunities.
The Timberland CSR team visited Tuck in the spring. You can read about enhancements to their Q1 2009 CSR performance disclosure based on student feedback. Also, here's the group thread.
