The Allwin Initiative shares its resources to strengthen the local nonprofit community through the Upper Valley Nonprofit Exchange, a network that brings together nonprofit leaders to learn from each other and from Tuck faculty and guest speakers. The Initiative hosts sessions each term focused on a topic of professional interest to nonprofit leaders and facilitates other professional development opportunities. The Exchange serves executive directors within a reasonable commute from Hanover, so that students can be a resource to the group as well offer pro-bono consulting and volunteer activity. The Allwin Initiative is a co-convener of the Exchange with the local United Way and the Upper Valley Region of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.
