Ranjeet Nabha is Managing Director & CEO of WL Ross India. He is also a Board Member of Mauritius-based India Asset Recovery Management Limited that advises on corporate turnaround and restructuring investments made in India by India Asset Recovery Fund LP (IARF) and WLR Recovery Fund III LP. He was instrumental in forging the co-operation agreement between WL Ross & Co. LLC (WL Ross) and Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (HDFC), and helped raise the capital for IARF. In 2007, IARF along with other investors completed the acquisition of OCM India Limited (OCM), a leading textile company. Mr. Nabha serves as a Board Member of OCM.

Prior to joining WL Ross, Mr. Nabha was Chairman & CEO of Voicemate, a US-based venture-backed company focused on restructuring call-center operating costs via automation. Mr. Nabha was also a Vice President at J.P.Morgan & Co. (JPM) in New York where he advised companies based in US, Europe, Japan and India on restructurings, M&A, capital raising and privatisations. Prior to JPM, Mr. Nabha worked at S.G. Warburg, a U.K.-based investment bank on similar assignments. He also worked for Deloitte & Touche’s strategy, Braxton Associates, and audit departments in Los Angeles.

Mr. Nabha has a Bachelor’s in Business Economics (Finance & Accounting) from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Mr. Nabha was awarded his CPA license during his tenure at Deloitte & Touche.
