The main components of the day were displays and demonstrations of the latest digital consumer music devices and a panel of music industry executives who discussed the business models of the future. The displays and demonstrations, held in Stell Hall, showcased the latest devices from companies like Apple, Bose, Dell, and Samsung. In addition, music services like Apple's iTunes, MusicMatch and the new Napster, along with the XM Satellite Radio service were also represented. The panel discussion was moderated by Jimmy Guterman, music industry writer and editor-in-chief of Gaming Industry News, and stacked with players representing all parts of the industry from P2P to download services to recording labels including:
