Web 2.0 is as much about transforming people, culture, and processes as it is about new tools. This event looked at the broad impact of Web 2.0 on business. The hands-on expo featured such companies as Avenue A | Razorfish, Octopz, Swaptree, NewsGator, and Etsy.
