Lisa B. Miller

Associate Director, Center for International Business, Tuck School

Prior to joining the Center for International Business, Lisa Miller worked for seven years in product management at high-tech startups, handling marketing strategy, market research, new product development, and marketing communications. Her professional experience also includes work in Asia and Latin America as a member of Ford Motor Company's Marketing Leadership Program and ethnic marketing work for MCI Telecommunications, Inc., where she produced marketing communications in multiple languages. She has had the opportunity to work in several cross-cultural environments, including the Taiwan office of an American company where she used Mandarin Chinese as her main mode of communication with colleagues and clients.

Ms. Miller graduated in 1995 from the Wharton School and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Marketing and an MA in International Studies/China. During her graduate studies, she conducted research on human resources policies at joint ventures in China and designed and conducted focus group and quantitative market research in Mandarin Chinese for Miller Brewing Company in Changsha, China.
