About The Center
The Center for International Business (CIB) was established in 1997 as the first of Tuck's research centers.
In 2007, Andrew Bernard, Jack Byrne Professor of International Economics, became the Center Director. Professor Bernard brings to the center expertise on firm and industry responses to globalization.
The center is committed to international business education. It explores this large topic in multiple ways - include offering programs on languages, doing research on microfinance, conducting Learning Expeditions around the world, and organizing events focused on international content such as global health care or capital markets.
The center also has a strong group of Affiliated Faculty who offer their expertise in shaping center initiatives. With this robust guidance, the center brings international education and opportunities to students, faculty, alumni, and practioners.
