The Center for Global Leadership wants to identify the best practices for managing risky new ventures within corporations. In our
investigations, we trace the development of new ventures through the following key processes.

We also seek to understand the impact that a corporation's organizational design, sometimes called organizational DNA, has on each of
these processes. The organizational DNA is more than just a reporting structureit includes a broad array of managerial choices that
affect individual and collective behaviors, motivations, and abilities.
Our research will result in specific recommendations for creating organizations that are continuously able to create, grow, and
profit from new ventures.
