Visiting research fellow focuses on governance issues in M&A

Finance Professor Ronald W. Masulis from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management is a visiting research fellow of the center this spring. He is teaching a course, "Financial, Legal, and Governance Issues in Mergers and Acquisitions," in addition to working on research with the center's faculty.

Professor Masulis's expertise is in investment banking, corporate finance, international finance, market microstructure and financial institutions.
