Karin Thorburn, an associate professor of finance at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and associate director of Tuck's Center for Corporate Governance, spoke at the Vermont Law School on September 27, 2002.
Her presentation addressed corporate role and reform in Scandinavia and Europe. She was participating on a panel exploring social responsibility and accountability, including the international impact of recent U.S. corporate scandals.
