"Directorship in a New Era of Corporate Governance"
An Intensive Executive Education Program, November 18-20, 2002

The center is hosting an intensive and interactive executive education program for directors and senior executives on corporate boards, November 18-20, 2002, at the Tuck School of Business in Hanover, NH.

Together with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the three-day program will help participants improve their effectiveness in these turbulent times by covering topics such as current corporate reforms and their impact on directors and boards, financial statements from the board's perspective, principles of audit committee excellence, and proactive risk oversight.
