On July 12-13, the Center for Corporate Governance hosted its second research conference, "Contemporary Corporate Governance Issues II: International Corporate Governance," at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire.
Co-sponsored by the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, the event brought together academics from around the world to Hanover to discuss current research on corporate governance.
