Center Participates In International Corporate Governance Conferences

In May, at a three-city seminar series in Latin America, Center Director B. Espen Eckbo discussed investor valuation of corporate governance, and Associate Director Karin S. Thorburn gave her perspective on corporate governance issues facing investors in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. Executive Director joined other corporate governance experts at a conference at Cambridge University's Faculty of Law on the incentive effects of different forms of ownership and control.
